Ospedaletti sits sheltered in a sunny bay between Sanremo and Bordighera and was an early health resort thanks to its especially mild, wind-protected climate. It is the ideal retreat for those who want peace and quiet but Sanremo's amenities a few minutes away.

The car-free coastal cycle path connects Ospedaletti to neighbouring towns right by the sea. Listings focus on sea-view apartments and smaller villas — a popular choice for second-home buyers.
