    The services provided by the Data Controller are designed for individuals aged 18 and above. If the Data Controller becomes aware that data of individuals under 18 is being processed without proper consent from parents or a legal guardian, the Data Controller reserves the right to unilaterally cease the provision of services and erase the collected data.

    You directly provide Zoulou with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

     

    - Create an account on the platform

    - Subscribe to our newsletter or place an order for any of our plans or services

    - Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback via website form or email

    - View or use our platform via your browser’s cookies

     

    How will we use your data?

    Zoulou collects your data for the following processing and legitimacy purposes:

    The financial data required to process payment for a plan or service will be transmitted to our payment processor Stripe regardless of the payment method you choose (credit card, apple pay or google pay). Your data will be processed exclusively within the EU, unless otherwise specified below.


    How do we store your data? 

    Zoulou securely stores your personal data being processed electronically and will be stored in electronic archives. Electronic documentation will be correctly maintained and protected for as long as necessary using appropriate security measures, to minimize the risk of destruction or loss, unauthorized access or processing that does not comply with the purposes of collection.

    There is no automated decision-making process. 

    Depending on each of the purposes for which we process your data, the period will be:

    - During the contractual relationship. That is, for as long as you are a User, Private or Professional Client, which is necessary for the provision of the services you request from us.

    - Until the purpose for which your data was collected ends, or you object to their processing on the grounds of legitimate interest.

    - Until you revoke your consent, based on the express consent provided.

    - Until you request their erasure, in the legally permitted cases.

     

    Marketing:

    Zoulou would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like. If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out later.     - Your data has been processed unlawfully.

    - The right of deletion does not exist if your data is necessary to assert, exercise, or defend our legal claims.

The deletion of data whose retention period has been reached is done automatically once a month.

    reCAPTCHA

    We use the reCAPTCHA service provided by Google LLC (Google) to protect your submissions via internet submission forms on this site.
