The "City of Flowers" combines Mediterranean charm with its casino, palm-lined promenade, the famous music festival and one of the mildest climates in Italy — ideal for a second home, holiday property or coastal retirement.

Nice international airport is only around 50 km away, making Sanremo quick to reach from across Europe. Listings range from sea-view apartments in the old "La Pigna" quarter to new-build flats on the seafront and hillside villas overlooking the Ligurian Sea.
