Buy property in Imperia

Imperia province is Liguria's westernmost stretch — the Riviera dei Fiori — and the part of the Italian coast closest to France. Towns like Sanremo, Bordighera, Ospedaletti and Diano Marina have drawn international buyers for over a century, thanks to the mildest winters in northern Italy, palm-lined seafronts and a famous flower- and olive-growing tradition.

With Nice international airport around 50 km away, it is the quickest part of Liguria to reach from across Europe. Listings range from sea-view apartments and Belle Époque villas to hillside houses surrounded by olive groves — popular for holiday homes, second residences and coastal retirement.
