The apartment is located about 100 meters on foot from the main road and the parking area, along a gently sloping path in the typical alleys of the area. It is situated on the ground floor and consists of an entrance leading to the single room divided between the living/sleeping area and kitchenette, and a bathroom with a masonry shower. The property was completely renovated in 2018, replacing all technological systems, renewing the bathroom, and installing a new boiler for radiator heating powered by natural gas. An additional cavity was also created to ensure the absence of humidity inside the apartment, which remains well-lit, with double-glazed/wooden windows and a door with decorative glass.
